Description of Assignment:
The aim of this activity is to obtain a map of the potential and competencies of officials. general functional with job classes 7 (seven) and 8 (eight) in the Ministry of Public Works, which can be a reference for managing and developing them appropriately.
- The scope of the activity stages in question is that the assessment is carried out in stages methodologically including:
- Initial planning stages of data collection for existing (types of) positions
- The implementation stage of the selection or screening Data to determine participant priorities. This data includes participants and expected competencies.
- Stage of formulation of the assessment instrument (to be used)
- Implementation stage of potential and competency assessment
- Report preparation stage (Assessment Results)
