This assignment assesses employee competencies within the Attorney General's Office of Indonesia.
The work provides objective assessment results, job-related information and employee profiles to support transparent and accountable development planning, placement and transfers.
Description of Assignment:
a. Provide an instrument and document to the leadership of the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General’s Office in planning relevant, transparent and accountable employee development;
b. Obtain objective competency assessment results for employees of the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General’s Office;
c. Obtaining information about a position related to the official who is currently or will be occupying it;
d. Obtaining employee profiles for transfer purposes within the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General’s Office.
